Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to make a return or exchange within 30 days.

 All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 Please note that if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 If your return is approved, we initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 We will refund items if they are damaged when received. Please send us a picture of the item to cs@thejustnature.com, and our customer service team members will get back to you within 3 working days.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking fees are fixed at 3 USD.

Before sending your return, kindly inform our Customer Service Team of your intention to return the item.
