Shipping policy
The shipping policy of JustNature(Onplanb Co., Ltd.) is mainly divided into two parts: the orders from the US customers and the ones from the non-US customers.
The orders from the US customers for JustAronia65 will be shipped domestically and delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the fulfillment centers like CGETC and FLEXPORT, that are closest to them in the US without the extra charge for the expedited shipping.
We ship to all major North American & European countries as well as Australia & New Zealand. The orders from non-US customers will take a longer delivery time since most of the items will be shipped internationally from South Korea.
The average standard shipping period is as below, although the average time can be changed depending on each country's customs. The standard shipping period below does not include the processing time or the handling time of 1 or 2 working days in general.
- Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, etc.): 5 -14 working days
- Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, etc.): 10 -18 working days
- Canada: 7 - 10 working days
- Western Europe: 7 -18 working days
- Middle East (Saudi Arabia, India, etc.): 9 -20 working days
- Eastern Europe: 15 -21 working days
- South America and Africa: 15 -28 working days
We do not ship to the following countries:
- North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran

The item price or shipping cost does not include import duties and taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, except the orders from the US & Canada. Please check with your country's customs office before buying if you live outside North America to determine what these additional costs will be.
